(map)Swimming around the outer perimeter of the various continents can sometimes reward you with interesting little flavor spots for the boring length of time it takes to stay between the coastline and the fatigue zone. One of these spots can be found if you swim south from Menethil Harbor in the Wetlands, or north from the Stormwind Harbor in Elwynn Forest. Either starting point will take you to a spot on the coastline of Dun Morogh called Newman's Landing.
Obviously a pun of the phrase "No Man's Land," here is a small pier and run down house that is littered with piles of skeletal remains. Even on the signpost that tells you the name of this area there is a skull balanced on an ax that has been embedded into the post.
Before WotLK, this place used to be abandoned, save for the skeletons. However, on a recent visit, it seems a Booty Bay goblin named High Admiral "Shelly" Jorrik and a couple of his guards have made a retirement home here.
